Permission is granted to temporarily access WebSpark's website and services for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

WebSpark provides custom web development, hosting, and maintenance services. The specific terms of service delivery, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel projects at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms.

Unless otherwise stated, WebSpark and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and services. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership will be specified in the individual service agreement. Typically, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and content created specifically for their project.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements and may include:

• Upfront deposits for new projects
• Milestone-based payments for development projects
• Monthly or annual subscriptions for hosting and maintenance
• Late payment fees after specified due dates

All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients.

The materials on WebSpark's website and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. WebSpark makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, WebSpark does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
